      Shipping

      Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout using standard rates, and may vary depending on your purchase quantity.  While we do ship internationally, please keep in mind that any potential duties/taxes will be at your expense.  

      Returns & Exchanges

      NICE will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

      Please email info@niceforhumanity.com to initiate the return/exchange process. The email must include the first and last name you placed the order under, your order number, and the reason for your exchange or return. 

      Once this information is received, you will be sent a return shipping address. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.  To greatly expedite the processing time of your return please notify our support team at info@niceforhumanity.com immediately after your return package has been placed in the mail. In this email include your order #, reason for return and confirmation of shipment (return tracking #). 

      You must return your items using a shipping service that provides tracking so you can be assured that your return was delivered to us.

      Items returned MUST be in new condition, unworn, not washed, with original tags attached. We refund the item price plus any applicable tax. Shipping charges are not refunded.

      Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the listed criteria.  If you are returning an item that has been previously exchanged, there are no refunds on any exchange returns – you will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

      NICE is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not be able to process your return in a timely manner.

      If my items are damaged, defective or incorrect:

      If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email customerservice@niceclothingusa.com and include:

      1. Your order number
      2. Name on the order
      3. Email the order was made with  
      4. Your request and most importantly
      5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

      The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

      Cancel Order Policy

      Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

      Most orders go into production 20 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email customerservice@niceforhumanity.com and include:

      1. Your order number
      2. Name on the order
      3. Email the order was made with, and
      4. Your request.

      Return-to-Sender & Refused Packages

      This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.  

      Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.   We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system.

      To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
